JKSSB Class 4 Eligibility Criteria
1. Mandatory J&K Domicile Requirement
Candidates must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir as defined in the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Decentralization and Recruitment) Act, 2010. The applicant must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority on or before the application cut-off date (12 November 2026). Candidates from other Indian states are not eligible.

JKSSB Class 4 Salary 2026
Selected candidates for Class-IV (MTS) and Sanitation Worker positions are placed under Pay Level SL-1 with a prescribed pay scale of ₹14,800 – ₹47,100.
In addition to basic pay, employees receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and medical benefits as admissible under the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir government service rules.
