Candidate Advisory & Form Submission Guidelines for High Court of Delhi
Essential instructions to ensure error-free application submission and avoid candidature cancellation.
1. Accurate Demographic Data Matching
Enter your full name, father's name, mother's name, and date of birth strictly as printed in your Class 10th (Matriculation) High School certificate. Any variance—including middle name omissions or spelling discrepancies—can result in disqualification during the Document Verification (DV) stage.
2. Photograph & Signature Technical Standards
Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph taken against a light/white background without caps, dark sunglasses, or masks. Both ears must be clearly visible. Signatures must be executed in running handwriting using a black or blue ballpoint pen on plain white paper—signatures in capital/block letters are routinely rejected.
3. Caste & Reservation Certificate Validity
Candidates claiming OBC-NCL or EWS reservations must possess valid income and asset certificates issued by an authorized revenue authority (Tehsildar/Sub-Divisional Magistrate) for the relevant financial year on or before the application closing date (5 Oct 2026). Central government vacancies require certificates issued in the prescribed Government of India format.
4. Final Submission Confirmation & Fee Status
After paying the application fee through the authorized online gateway, verify that the application status displays "Submitted / Payment Successful". Download and safely store at least two printed hard copies of the final submitted application form along with the transaction e-receipt for future selection rounds.
