Signatures must be executed in running handwriting using a black or blue ballpoint pen on plain white paper—signatures in capital/block letters are routinely rejected.
3. Caste & Reservation Certificate Validity
Candidates claiming OBC-NCL or EWS reservations must possess valid income and asset certificates issued by an authorized revenue authority (Tehsildar/Sub-Divisional Magistrate) for the relevant financial year on or before the application closing date (12 Sept 2026). Central government vacancies require certificates issued in the prescribed Government of India format.
